BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation Policy:

We offer online bookings, and bookings by phone/messaging. If you would like to book an appointment at short notice, please call us.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we would kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that the appointment can be re-listed. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to be able to reschedule or cancel appointments.

If you fail to give us adequate notice on more than one occasion you will be required to pay in full upon booking all future appointments. Cancellation fees may also be incurred.

Please do try to arrive on time as we might not always be able to accommodate the full appointment time.

Payment Policy:

When making bookings online, payment is required at time of booking. Bookings made by telephone may be paid in person when you visit. Cash and cards are also welcome.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully.

All personal information about you is kept on a secure server and we never share your details without your permission.
